With our document parsing capabilities, automating the candidate searching process using a job description is simple. Simply upload a job description using the 'Import' button at the top of the interface and upload your document. Our document parsing engine will extract the key details from the job description and populate the search query based on the data extracted.
Find Similar Candidates
What do you do if you have a really good candidate and want to find more like them? By uploading the resume of the ideal candidate, Affinda's solution will again automatically extract the key details from the resume and populate the search query. It's a simple one-step process to get a ranked list of candidates similar to the identified candidate.
Create a Custom Search
While the option exists to create an automated search by uploading a document, the Affinda solution also allows users to create an entirely custom query. Simply click on the sliders to open up the categories that you wish to search by and add the relevant criteria.
